Vivo V17: A Mid-Range Pick with Triple Rear Cameras

With the trend of mid-range flagship phones increasing, people are investing in these phones and Vivo is one of those companies that are having a good time. This year, Vivo V17 will be released which is expected to have some impressive features.

 According to the leaks, this phone will have a 4GB RAM and will be powered by Help P35 SoC while it will come with three rear camera. The selfie camera will be 20 mega pixels for stunning selfies. Another important highlight of this phone is the 5000mAH battery which comes with 18W fast charging support.

Release Date and Price

Vivo V17 is expected to release in July 2019. The statement is still unofficial but this is what the rumors are telling us. In India, the price is expected to be 25000 INR while it will be around 40000 Pakistani rupees.

Vivo V17 stuns with IPS LCD Display

As far as the display is concerned, the phone has a 6.39 inches screen which is large enough to enjoy Netflix or social media apps. The screen resolution is 1080*2340 pixels which are also on the same ground as other phones being released. The display is bezel less and has 403 ppi density. The IPS LCD display will be protected with Corning gorilla glass. The multi-touch touch screen will allow easy navigation of the phone.

All the Software Needs Sorted

Normally, mid-range phones lag behind because of their software issues. Vivo V17 will run on Android 9 Pie which is the latest one. It has support for 4G and 3G both. The performance is expected to be great with the Qualcomm Snap Dragon 675 chipset. The Adreno 612 graphic card will let you enjoy video games much more. The internal storage is 128 GB but it can be expanded to 256GB with a micro SD card.

Camera

There is a lot of talk about the triple camera on this phone. It will feature three rear cameras with the primary one being a massive 48 mega pixel. There will be a 13Mp and a 5MP camera too. The camera will also have support for LED flash.

You can control settings like ISO and exposure when taking picture. There are two different shooting modes; high dynamic range mode and continuous shooting. Touch to focus and face detection features are also a part of the Vivo V17. For selfies, there is a 16MP front camera.

Comparison of Vivo V17 to Vivo V15

Vivo V17 was also released earlier this year from the company. Even though both phones are quite impressive, Vivo V15 does not have the 48MP camera that Vivo V17 does. Also, Vivo V17 is expected to come with 5000mAH battery while Vivo V15 has a 4000mAH battery. However, there were more color choices in Vivo V15 as compared to Vivo V17.
