Vivo's S20 and S20 Pro are set to launch this month, and after a specifications leak for the S20 in October, we now have details on the S20 Pro's features.

As reported by the reliable Digital Chat Station, the S20 Pro boasts a 6.67-inch LTPS OLED display with a resolution of 1260x2800 and a quad-curved design. It includes a 50 MP front-facing camera, a 50 MP primary rear camera equipped with Sony's IMX921 sensor, a 50 MP ultrawide lens, and a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x zoom utilizing Sony's IMX882 sensor.

The vivo S19 Pro will feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, an optical in-display fingerprint sensor, and a robust 5,500 mAh battery with 90W wired charging capabilities.

In contrast, the standard S20 model is expected to share the same display and front camera but will utilize the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC. Notably, it will boast a larger 6,500 mAh battery while maintaining a slim profile of just 7.19mm in thickness and a lightweight design at 185.5g.
