The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G Mobile features a 6.8 inches Dynamic AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 1440 x 3120 Pixels and runs on Android 14 Operating System. The Smart Phone is powered by Octa-core processor and Exynos for Global & Qualcomm for USA chipset. It has 512GB Built-in storage and 16GB RAM. The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G runs Android 14 and is powered by a 5000mAh Non-Removable Li-Ion battery with Fast Charging. The regular Galaxy S25 and Galaxy S25 Ultra 5G are tipped to drop Samsung's ISOCELL sensors as the main camera in favour of a Sony image sensor. The South Korean brand has used the ISOCELL GN3 sensor in its recent flagship smartphones including the Galaxy S23 series. Galaxy S25, S25+ may have better cameras, Samsung working on 1-inch camera sensor.
